At Eden’s Organic, every order is handcrafted in small batches and packed with care. We do our best to get your order on its way quickly, safely, and beautifully.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 business days after your order is placed.

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may occasionally vary during busy seasons, holidays, or high-volume product launches. If there is ever an unexpected delay with your order, we will do our best to communicate with you as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped straight to your door using the shipping method selected at checkout.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow your package until it arrives.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Eden’s Organic is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@edens-organic.com. We will do our best to help if your order has not already shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building office.

Damaged Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged or something is not right, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
